An exhilarating activity based at Millers Dale Bridge along the Monsal Trail, abseiling in the heart of the Derbyshire Peak District. This is a fantastic introduction to abseiling for the whole family of all ages 5yr+ and abilities. Climb through the railings to the 90ft drop below to begin your adrenaline fuelled descent. Everyone returns smiling for another go - fit as many goes in as you can within the 1hr 45min* *If only 3 people allow 1hr 15mins. 4 goes minimum All under 18s need a parent watching or taking part. Why not try abseiling on a winters evening by torch light!!

PLEASE READ terms and conditions before booking After abseiling do stay and explore on foot the amazing Chee Dale Valley, stepping stones, railway tunnels, climbing cliffs and wildlife in and around the river wye flowing through. Alternatively cycle the Monsal Trail towards Bakewell with its many train tunnels along the way.
